Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gasses. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
